My goal is to help people understand complex systems. I present information as simply and intuitively as possible, employing empathetic strategies to create commonsense solutions. I am a Seattle-based UX designer and artist with extensive experience in business analysis, research & development, analytics, and operations.

UX PROJECTS

Redesigned Sincro’s Inventory Manager, allowing users at BMW, Ford, GM, Honda, Infinity, Chevrolet, Jaguar, and many other dealers to better manage their vehicle inventory on their websites. The tool went from 5% to 80% external user activity after the new, more intuitive design.

Led a team of 10 individuals, Dev / Design / Ops, to create a massive arts exhibition, including works from 1000 artists from 493 cities in 72 countries. TELEPHONE incorporates more than 10,000 backend files, developed its own design system, and passed a secret message more than 7.6 million km.

Designed a process by which users could generate a mega navigation menu on their websites. This was a meta-design project as it was designing a tool for web designers to use as they customized the websites of major vehicle dealer clients, similar to designing the UI for a Squarespace or WIX or Adobe design product.

A solo UX Design of all UI components and functionality for a new, enterprise-level Microsoft product that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to mitigate the $265 billion cost of fraud in the e-commerce space.

A top-to-bottom solo redesign of an aging site for a law firm in Oregon, rethinking IA and distilling user research to craft focused conversion.

Business Analysis Projects

A full financial redesign of a young business model looking for early round investment, including full pitch-deck for potential investors.

Designing, building, testing, and deploying automated rental car kiosks, including hardware, UI, and new API to communicate with fleet management software.

My first financial modeling exercise for a startup moving app in New York, which subscribed two rounds of $16 million in venture capital from a Canadian fund.
